Legal Guarantee

All goods purchased from Helene Galwas are covered by the statutory rights relating to defects and non-conformity.

If a product is defective, consumers are entitled in particular to the statutory remedies available under applicable law, including repair or replacement and, where the legal requirements are met, a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, or damages.

For new goods, the statutory limitation period for claims relating to defects is generally two years from delivery.

The statutory legal guarantee applies independently of the statutory right of withdrawal and of any voluntary commercial guarantee.
