SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Delivery areas

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Germany.

Within the European Union, we currently deliver exclusively to delivery addresses in:

  • Germany

  • Netherlands

Deliveries to other EU member states are currently not possible.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made only if the country in question is shown as an available delivery country at checkout.

Shipping costs

All stated shipping costs include statutory VAT.

Germany

DHL standard shipping: free

Express shipping: €19.99

Netherlands

Deliveries outside the European Union

The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are charged by the relevant authorities or shipping service providers and must be borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery times

Germany: 1–3 business days

Netherlands: [3–5] business days

Other available delivery countries: The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout or on the respective product page.

For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after receipt of the full invoice amount. For other payment methods, it begins on the day after conclusion of the contract.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, sales promotions, or the Christmas season, delivery times may be extended. We will inform you if a significant delay is foreseeable.

Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as these are reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result of a partial delivery arranged by us.

Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Depending on the delivery country, the following payment methods in particular may be offered:

  • Apple Pay

  • Klarna

  • Shop Pay

  • iDEAL

There is no entitlement to a specific payment method.
