Shipping and payment terms
Shipping options and Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):
Deliveries within Germany
We offer our customers from Germany free shipping with DHL Standard or express shipping for €19.99.
Deliveries abroad
Shipping to other EU countries (outside Germany) costs €13.99.
International shipping outside the EU is €19.99.
Upon request, we also offer express international delivery.
For shipments outside the EU, additional costs (e.g., taxes, customs) will apply, which we do not collect or charge. Please pay these directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. For details, please inquire with these authorities.
Delivery Times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, delivery of goods in Germany takes place within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (for agreed advance payment after the receipt of payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
During the Christmas season, delivery times may be extended by 1–3 additional days due to increased shipping volumes.
To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing the order by December 18 at the latest.

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

Payment can be made optionally with
Credit card, PayPal, advance payment, or instant transfer.
The selection of the available payment options is at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer you selected payment methods for payment, for example, to secure our credit risk only credit card.
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount should be transferred to our account within 10 days of receiving the order confirmation.
When paying by credit card, the purchase price is authorized on your credit card at the time of the order. The actual charge to your credit card account only occurs when the goods are shipped.
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
If you have not used PayPal before, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
The payment receipt is usually recorded within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Please note that by doing so, you agree to the terms of PayPal and thus accept the processes of PayPal.
If you fall behind on a payment, you are obliged to pay the statutory default interest of 5 percent above the base interest rate. For each reminder letter sent to you after the default occurs, a reminder fee of 2.50 EUR will be charged, unless a lower or higher damage is proven in individual cases.
