Cancellation policy

All orders placed through our online store are one-time purchases.

If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request within one hour of placing the order using the cancellation function provided on our website.

After this period, or once the order has been processed or fulfilled, cancellation through this function is no longer available.
